INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For our international customers, we ask that you contact us by email for a shipping quotation prior
to checking out your cart. Please include:
your name
mailing address
registered email address
your Cart Total Amount
We will then email you a personalized quotation for shipping. You should then browse the
Category 'Shipping Tokens' and Add to your Cart the appropriate amount of tokens
to fulfill your shipping quotation. Once completed, you are now ready to go through the
Checkout Process again. When choosing a Shipping Method, please select Local Pickup
which will allow you to move on to the Payment Method to complete your order without adding
any additional shipping charges.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been made, our automated shipping server automatically calculates
the cost of shipping to you under various methods. This allows you to choose which one shipping
method suits your needs the most and to see the true cost right before your eyes. Currently we
offer all the services of Canada Post.
On the day your purchase is made, you will receive email verification with your bill,
the product(s) you have purchased, confirmation of your shipment method, and a tracking number.
Your package can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca
You will receive a confirmation email on the day the product is shipped from our
location.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. If issues arise, customers will
be contacted by our service center.
For security reasons, PR Markets will ship only to street addresses and not to PO Boxes
or similar addresses.
Any checks received from a check order will be processed before the product is shipped
due to security concerns. You will receive an email notification once your check has been approved.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please call or email ASAP if you want to cancel your order. 1-613-821-9827.
If it has been sent already, there is nothing we can do to stop the order and you can send it back
for a full refund. Shipping costs are to be incurred by the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If product is returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase, subject to the conditions
below, we will refund 100% of the purchase price less S&H.
The jewellery piece must be in its original state, undamaged, and returned with its box (if applicable).
For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a
hard box or padded envelope and keep a copy of your shipping bill.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you choose to return your purchase and if you have received a free gift from
PR Markets with that purchase, you are more than welcome to keep that free gift as a
sign of our customer appreciation.
